The Most Wonderful Time of the Year (to Order Early)

Assorted holiday swag including beanies, water bottles, tote bags, and notebooks on a tan background

We know. It’s August. You’re probably still thinking about summer schedules, fall tours, and whether it’s socially acceptable to start talking about holiday swag before the Halloween candy hits the shelves. Unfortunately, the merch calendar does not care. The end of the year is coming in hot, and for the live events and entertainment world, it brings a whole lot more than holiday gifting. LDI. Lititz. End-of-year client gifts. Christmas. Hanukkah. And somehow, they all want swag.

So, consider this your friendly reminder from the people who would much rather make something spectacular for you now than perform a small logistical miracle at 4:47 p.m. on a Friday in December.

Holiday Swag Orders: Yes, We’re Talking About Them Already

Holiday swag should feel thoughtful, not like someone panic-ordered 300 identical objects and slapped a logo on them. The best holiday gifts take a little planning. Starting early gives us time to find something that actually fits your brand and your people. It also opens the door to better product selection, customization, packaging, kitting, and delivery options. In other words, early planning is how we get from “we need holiday gifts” to “wait, where did you GET these?” Whether you’re thanking clients, celebrating employees, recognizing a crew that survived another year on the road, or sending VIPs something worthy of VIP status, getting ahead of it gives us more to work with.

Get Your Gear. Then Get Your Gifts.

Lititz. Parnellis. NAMM. LDI. The calendar is filling up, and if your team is showing up, your brand should be showing off. Whether you need crew gear, client gifts, booth swag, VIP drops, team apparel, or something memorable for the people you’ll meet along the way, now is the time to get it moving. Because “we need 500 of these by next Friday” is technically a sentence, but it’s not our favorite one.

So, Why Order Early?

Because early gives you options. More product choices. More customization opportunities. More time for creative packaging and kitting. More flexibility around shipping and distribution. And significantly fewer conversations involving the words, “Okay, but theoretically, how fast could we get these?” We have decades of experience working in live events and entertainment. We know plans change. Deadlines move. Things happen. Handling chaos is part of the job. But when we can avoid creating unnecessary chaos? Even better.

Your Future Self Would Like a Word

All of these things feel far away until suddenly they absolutely aren’t. So while everyone else waits until the holiday countdown gets uncomfortable, get holiday swag off your list. Tell us what’s coming up. Tell us who you want to impress, thank, celebrate, or delight. Tell us your budget and your wild idea. We’ll take it from there.
